Our Policy
The Window of Grace
We respectfully offer a 7-day notification period from the moment you receive your artifact. Should you feel the piece is not the right guardian for your story, we ask that you inform us within this window to arrange a return or exchange.
Condition of Stewardship
To honor the artisans and preserve the textile's integrity, returned items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, and in their pristine original state. They must be accompanied by their original archival packaging, and all provenance tags must remain firmly attached.
Bespoke & Custom Exclusion
Due to the deeply personal nature of bespoke tailoring and custom-commissioned textiles, these unique artifacts are considered final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been specifically crafted to your individual measurements or specifications.
